Lisa Dearden Trépanier

Founder & Managing Attorney

Ms. Trépanier is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Trépanier Law Group APC. She concentrates her practice on litigation involving complex business disputes, personal injury defense, and religious organizations.

Her previous experience includes founding partner of Trépanier Tajima LLP; senior counsel at Crockett & Associates, associate at Dewey Ballantine, and associate at Latham & Watkins. She has represented Fortune 500 companies in defending multiple-plaintiff and individual toxic tort actions. She oversaw the case management of 10,000+ toxic tort claims against a major oil company; the vast majority of the claims were dismissed or settled for minimal amounts. Ms. Trépanier has also represented individuals in employment discrimination (race & disability), personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability litigation. She has experience in all stages of litigation, including jury trials and appeals.

Lisa M. Dale

Counsel

Ms. Dale represents clients in complex matters including business litigation, commercial contract disputes, and employment decisions through all stages of civil litigation from inception through the appellate process. Her broad experience includes products and premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, unfair business practices, trade misappropriation, environmental, insurance coverage, and religious organization matters.

Ms. Dale has substantial law and motion experience in discovery and dispositive motion practice, including summary judgment and anti-SLAPP motions. Ms. Dale has negotiated favorable settlements at mediations and achieved positive outcomes in arbitrations. Before joining Trépanier Law Group, APC, she was counsel at Trépanier Tajima LLP and Crockett & Associates. Previously, she was an associate with the Irvine office of Clausen Miller, where she engaged in both litigation and insurance coverage practice.

Jackie Levien

Counsel

Ms. Levien advises clients in all areas of general commercial practice and handles all stages of civil litigation, from prefiling investigation and initial pleadings to discovery, motions, settlements, trials, and appeals. She has achieved highly favorable results representing clients in high-stakes litigation over a variety of matters, including commercial contracts, trade secret misappropriation and other intellectual property disputes, unfair business practices and business torts, premises liability, wrongful death, and religious organization cases.

She has successfully represented clients ranging from public companies and real estate developers to closely-held family businesses and emerging companies. Jackie also has extensive experience conducting highly sensitive internal investigations and regularly consults on matters with an emphasis on limiting clients' litigation exposure.
