Ms. Trépanier is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Trépanier Law Group APC. She concentrates her practice on litigation involving complex business disputes, personal injury defense, and religious organizations.
Her previous experience includes founding partner of Trépanier Tajima LLP; senior counsel at Crockett & Associates, associate at Dewey Ballantine, and associate at Latham & Watkins. She has represented Fortune 500 companies in defending multiple-plaintiff and individual toxic tort actions. She oversaw the case management of 10,000+ toxic tort claims against a major oil company; the vast majority of the claims were dismissed or settled for minimal amounts. Ms. Trépanier has also represented individuals in employment discrimination (race & disability), personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability litigation. She has experience in all stages of litigation, including jury trials and appeals.
